After some necessary and in-depth conversations, Jacinta and Jason came up with the idea of Ultra Fleet vehicle hire, completing a business plan and ordering four dual cab 4WDs with trays and accessories to make the very first Ultra Fleet hire vehicles.
In August of 2011, they packed up their family of five and relocated from Inverell to Gunnedah, operating and increasing vehicle fleet numbers and types of vehicles available for supply.
With the construction of Maules Creek Coal Mine and all existing mines in the region working to capacity with the influx of contractors, Ultrafleet has become the preferred supplier for our regions mine site vehicle solution.
Ultrafleet now has over 100 varieties of 4WD vehicles, servicing all mines in the Gunnedah, Mudgee and Hunter valley region, with strong relations with local suppliers and clients, making the hire for our clients a seamless experience to get straight to work on a mine site, or even to hire in the local area when you require a vehicle.
THE BUSINESS CONCEPT
After experiencing frustration not being able to hire a suitable car to visit a mine site, Jason and Jacinta quickly discover a strong need for rental vehicles in the mining industry, thus starting the concept of Ultra Fleet.

Ultra Fleet has shown great promise and necessity in the industry and expands to 30 vehicles of different size and use.
ULTRA FLEET WINS BEST IN BUSINESS AWARD AT EIMEX TRADE SHOW
Shortly after Ultra Fleet doubles in size to offer 60 vehicles, they are awarded Best In Small Business, with Jacinta also awarded Gunnedah's Outstanding Business Leader at the first EIMEX Trade Show.
